Have experience and certification in Rapid Prompting Method and desire to join the BiG Great Lakes Speller Team? We are hiring now to expand our RPM department. Please fill out an application online here. (RPM and/or ST experience is very important but not required. Willing to train)
We are looking for a passionate individuals to join our team of supervisors who help train and supervise our Citizens as they engage in numerous enterprises including card making, culinary, and more.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for safety and well-being of our adults with special needs as they work in the enterprise rooms.
- Creates a meaningful, positive work environment for our Citizens.
- Adapts the environment to set our Citizens up for success.
- Works with and trains Volunteers on adapting the environment for our Citizens.
- Job Type: 28+ hrs
- Required experience: At least one year of experience with adults with special needs required.
Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much.
